Explure ("we", "our", "us") is a travel itinerary platform operated by Softblend (explure.in). We help users create, share, and discover travel plans. For questions, contact us at contact@explure.in.

2. Information We Collect

Account data: Name, email address, and profile photo when you register or sign in with Google.
Content you create: Travel plans, itineraries, images, and notes you upload or generate.
Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and interactions within the app (collected anonymously).
Payment data: When you purchase credits, payment processing is handled by Razorpay. We do not store your card details.
Device data: IP address, browser/device type, and operating system for security and analytics purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve the Explure service.
To authenticate your account and keep it secure.
To process payments and deliver purchased credits.
To send transactional emails (e.g. password reset, job notifications).
To analyse usage patterns and improve the product.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

Razorpay – for payment processing.
Google – if you use Google Sign-In.
OpenAI / Google Gemini / AWS Bedrock – content you submit for AI extraction is sent to our LLM provider to generate itineraries. We do not share your personal profile with these services.
Cloud storage providers – images you upload are stored securely in cloud storage.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing contact@explure.in. Anonymised usage data may be retained for analytics purposes.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to maintain your session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email us at contact@explure.in.

8. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS, hashed passwords, and JWT authentication. No system is 100% secure; please use a strong password and keep it confidential.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of Explure after changes constitutes acceptance.
