Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Credit Purchases
Explure offers credit packs that enable AI-powered itinerary extractions. All credit purchases are made through Razorpay and are governed by this policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds in the following cases:
- Double charge: If you were charged more than once for the same order, we will refund the duplicate amount.
- Credits not delivered: If payment was deducted but credits were not added to your account within 24 hours, we will investigate and either add the credits or issue a full refund.
- Technical failure: If a verifiable technical error on our part caused a failed transaction that was nonetheless charged, you are eligible for a full refund.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Credits that have already been used for extractions.
- Partially used credit packs.
- Purchases made by mistake (wrong pack selected) where credits have been delivered to the account.
- Dissatisfaction with AI output quality — AI results may vary and are not grounds for a refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email us at contact@explure.in within 7 days of purchase with:
- Your registered email address.
- The Razorpay order/payment ID from your confirmation email.
- A brief description of the issue.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method via Razorpay.
6. Cancellation
Explure does not offer subscription plans at this time. Credit packs are one-time purchases. You may delete your account at any time by contacting contact@explure.in. Unused credits are forfeited upon account deletion and are not eligible for a refund.
