1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Explure (explure.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Explure is a travel itinerary platform that allows users to create, share, and discover travel plans. Features include AI-powered itinerary extraction from URLs, YouTube videos, PDFs, and text, as well as plan forking and social discovery.

3. Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create on Explure. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute it as part of the service. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable laws.

5. Prohibited Conduct

  • Do not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringing.
  • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform.
  • Do not use the AI extraction feature for spam or bulk commercial extraction.
  • Do not impersonate other users or creators.

6. Credits and Payments

Certain features (such as AI extractions) require credits. Credits can be purchased via Razorpay. All purchases are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Credits are non-transferable and tied to your account.

7. Intellectual Property

The Explure name, logo, and platform code are the intellectual property of Softblend. You may not reproduce or use them without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Explure is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated itineraries are suggestions only — always verify travel information independently. We are not liable for any travel decisions made based on content on this platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softblend shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Explure.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
